Come to the ocean for a fun healing flow class on the sand.

New Location: Point Dume Malibu - We will now meet and practice near Lifeguard tower #1 on the west end of Westward Beach Rd. After entering Westward Beach road from Pacific Coast Highway, as you approach the beach you will see the Restroom building. Lifeguard tower #1 is just behind that building. If you need directions you can Google 6600 Westward Beach Road, Malibu CA, 90265. That will get you in the general area. Parking is free so find a spot and walk down the beach.

What to Bring: Have a cover up or wear layers. If it's cloudy or overcast, we'll build some heat in the practice. You'll need a yoga mat and a large towel to place under your mat (it helps keep the sand off). Don't forget your sunscreen and water.
